Sunbird and variations

On table 5, the kinesiology of yogasanas on pages 254-255, the
exercises for gluteus maximus and medius do not include sunbird, or the two variations (peeing dog, and feet together raising the knee). Is this
something that will be added in the next edition? I really like those
exercises for the glutes and I use them alot.

I would definitely say that sunbird (Chakravakasana) and variation of cat with knee lifted to side like a male dog peeing are toning these muscles. They could have been placed on the chart, but instead I focused on placing only asanas from the 24 series and minimizing those from the Joint Freeing Series because the anatomy was already done to show that these poses work the gluteals.
