Suryanamaskar proper breathing

Ok, I know different styles have differences but I would have thought something as pure and foundational as suryanamaskar a and b would have same breathing .

Quite clearly in ashtanga from downward dog preparing to jump forward is an inhale even while in the process of the jump .

But i have practiced with several reputable vinyasa style teachers that instruct exhale in the jump forward after downdog.

Thoughts?

What is the pose (in sequence) following Adho Mukha Svanasana in the practice you are referencing?

In both types of Sun Salutation A & B practiced in Yoga styles like Ashathanga, Anusara, Power Yoga and Vinyasa, it is to INHALE while jumping from downward dog (Adhomukha Svanasan) to pose No.:7 of Sun Salutation A (urdhvamukha padahastasan or upward facing hand to feet pose) and also to pose No.:7/11/15 of Sun Salutation B. Some teacher for sake of convenience of students instructs to breathe in and out in some asanas of Sun Salutation.

I’ve been jumping from adho mukha svanasana to ardha uttanasana at the end of the exhalation with bandhas engaged, which makes sense to me. Sometimes, just for fun, I’ll jump at the top of the inhalation. I’ve heard it taught both ways. I’m trying to figure out which feels best.
