Tadasana, learned properly helps in all physical activities. the focus on flattening out your feet betwenn the ball of your feet to your heals, this consciousness has enhanced all my work out routines and made me more focused on proper alignment in all standing or sitting poses which really does something relaxing and releasing on the back.

In Tadasana one does not flatten the feet. If you have collapsed arches, this will only exacerbate the issue. Instead, think of lifting the arches with the inner foot/heel and base of big toe grounded.
