Tea Enhances Yoga Form

Hi all,

I was wondering if any of you have experimented with tea either directly before or after your yoga sessions?

I tried it recently before my yoga sessions and found it much easier to quiet my mind before going into my routine. Coffee on the other hand had the opposite effect. I know bhuddist monks have been steeping tea for centuries to quiet the mind, but I had never tried it in the yoga context. Do you all have any experience with this phenomenon?

depends on the tea:) add jun-shin root and will b up all night… add some motheworth and will sleep well:)

this is pretty interesting, is there a study/facts related to green tea?

I have to tell you… Tea all by itself… can be a wonderful thing.
