Greeting everyone!
I have a student who would like to find a class in the North West D.C./Arlington area. She is looking for a more spiritual class sprinkled with asana.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

There’s Willow Street in Takoma Park but it doesn’t fall in the quadrant you ask about. John Shumacher has three Unity Woods locations in the surrounding area but again I don’t believe they fall in your quadrant.
The former I’ve been to for class. The latter I have not.
As for Virginia I’d have no idea at all.
Sweet of you to respond Gordon! Thank you. She does not like asana class and said just about every studio she’s looked at lacks the spiritual component. I did a bit of research, and sent her info on two that sounded somewhat promising.

Seems it is either this way or that the offering of a connection with spirit is lip service without much behind it. Difficult to find something robust that has not gotten too carried away with itself.
