Thank You

I have been a member of this forum for almost three years, mostly lurking. I have been doing yoga for 12 years or so, starting from a record and then old books untill a yoga studio opened in the small town where I live. Our yoga teacher is wonderful, very keen, her whole life revolves around yoga.
But I would like to thank the members of this forum for all the information I have picked up from you, it feels like I am running down the path of my my personal yoga journey since meeting all of you. The internet is so cool, here I can tap into the minds of all these experienced yoga practioners from all over the world.
So thank you.

Thank YOU Loretha,

It is a bit rare to get such glowing feedback.
And it is very warming to know that you’ve opened yourself up, been receptive, AND that the receptivity has helped guide you in this way and that way.

Hi Loretha,

I am glad you have found this forum helpful. I have found it immensely helpful, as well as the internet at large, in my yoga journey. I agree with you, it’s so cool just to log on and share & read different perspectives. There are many gold-mines of yogic knowledge that were in the past either shared only amongst the fortunate few or were either lost in the midsts of time. We live in a very fortunate digital information age where access is open and unrestricted and not obstructed by superstition or even the agenda of groups…

That looks like Marchyasana iin the photoe.Very impressive. You sound quite advanced to me,honestly!. It is really nice if you have a studio or teacher who teaches there (or a style that really suits you) you really gel with and which has a nice atmosphere.

There’s such a wealth of practices out there;in the past it must have been very difficult certainly outside the Indian subcontinent or Tibet,to come across yoga teachings. You would have had to trek for miles.Things are somewhat different in our information age.

Thank You .Your presence is appreciated.

I’m really glad you’re here.
