The 5 Tibetan Rites after 21 weeks

After 5 months of doing these daily I am feeling very good. One unexpected benefit has been a flat stomach. It makes sense when thought about as there is some great ab work in some of the rites. But it just seemed one day that clothes were fitting looser and certain asanas in my Vinyasa class were easier. I intend on doing these rites hopefully for the rest of my life. They can be done anywhere and always seem to enhance my daily journey.
