The Bathroom Posture Question

any of you guys out there squatting to “go” potty? (#2) After a recommendation from my colonic administator ive tried and have definitely noticed a difference. It was painful to go now after 3 weeks of squattting i have noticed my hemmorhoids and pain are gone  my boyfriend thinks i’m crazy but i love it. any other news out there on this subject?

much love
:stuck_out_tongue:

Squatting is healthier than sitting slumped…but if squatting is not possible then at least sit up…
Take care when squatting on a regular toilet seat…it could break…or you could slip and end up in a very embarassing predicament!!!
You can buy a squatting frame to put over your toilet…

Eating lots of whole gains, fresh unprocessed foods, veg and fruits, drinking lots of water and taking physical exersice…will also help to avoid hard stools…pain and hemmorhoids…

If there is a wall behind the toilet you can try the straight arm behind the back propped against the wall as you squat, same technique most people use in the woods with a tree as the prop, start the twist towards the right side then switch to the left side to aid the digestive movement.
