The Buddhi Mudra

So I read an article that suggested using the Buddhi Mudra instead of the Anjali Mudra for certain yoga poses, such as Chair, Tree, and Warrior 3, right? I've been using it and well, I don't know if it's the placebo effect or if it just is better, but I can swear that I'm getting much better and deeper stretches now!

And so, last night, I tried something a little different during meditation... After some Nadi Shodhana Pranayama, I used that same mudra while listening to a Solfeggio recording on my wireless headphones and I went 28 minutes and think I got a very good, deep, meditation out of the deal?

I can't believe I'm saying this, but I think I got something better than the Dyanmudra? I still use that one for certain focus related meditations, however! Most notably Dharana, but...

Thoughts?
