The End of Kali Yuga

I have recently had to confirm from my own experience that we are indeed in the era of Kali Yuga: the age of disaffection, apathy, ignorance, religious turmoil, confusion and selfish action.

However, a lot of spiritual activity around the world, particularly meditation and yoga practices herald the end of Kali Yuga. And we shall enter the age of Satya Yuga, the age of noble mankind.

Will we soon be all spiritual, meditating with high consciousness, celebrating life instead of cursing, and live and let live?

Well, i read somewhere that Kali Yuga lasts about 300.000 years, and started some 2000 years ago…

Personally i don’t believe in yugas, just in human evolution as a whole.

I recommend you to read Ken Wilber’s “Up From Eden” and “The Atman Project”.
