I m training in meditation to visualize a positive imagination, but my solar chakra feels blocked. Frustration sad and cold emotion r there.
R there ways to unblock and heal?
My subconsciousness not cleaned totally too,i do this cleaning usually in a trance such as lucid dream on astral planet.
I need to discover how to visualize more…
