How do you incorporate Yoga into your everyday routine?

Find respect for myself and those around me. listen to the sounds of the universe. Use what I hear to help guide me. Trust that I am deserving of benevolence. Give whenever I can.

The first step (for me) is to not allow routine. Patterns become more deeply etched as they are repeated and some of those patterns are fruitful while others lack profundity. So the daily work (for me) is to not be normal, not continue to repeat patterns or habits that are moving me away from light/self/soul/source. Instead, make the daily choices from presence and awareness with an acceptance and welcoming of their residue.

I find this to be an interesting question as I am starting yoga, I feel like doing it once a day isnt enough, but oh has it changed me so much already. And, how to incorporate that in my daily work so that I can continue to reap the benefits? I will be following this thread very closely.

you do it more than once a day? is this common among you guys?

i feel like maybe if i did an am mini pick up and an evening wind down itd be beneficial, what do you think?
