Hi friends, here I share a video link on how to breathe properly in yoga, before doing yoga it would be nice if we learned good breathing procedures.

Our breath is the inbuilt body stress reliever. Deep breathing increases the supply of oxygen to our brain and stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, which promotes a state of calmness. Yoga boosts the body’s production of hormones like oxytocin and endorphins which promotes feelings of calmness, good health, and happiness.
