This is why i love Yoga

Yoga is that sweet friend that always has the perfect word of wisdom for anything that ailes me. Yoga is that much needed does of antibiotics for any sickness that i feel coming to me. Yoga heals the damage that i do to myself and helps me so long as i help myself. Yoga brings me peace where there is often none. And gives me strength to places i didnt think had any. Yoga is portable and versatile and wonderful to do between baby naps. And also gets my husband excited when he sees me doing downward facing dog. lol. At the end of the pratice, no matter how short or long, i feel like i have been given a gift and a blessing and honestly cant wait for another helping of yoga:-D

Very cute.

I have such a great relationship with yoga myself and will likely never stop. It simply feels too good!

My 2 cents: I love yoga because it keeps me fit and clean (clean from inside). We clean our body but never think of internal cleaning.

I love yoga, it helps me with the stress of school and my job. It also gives me the energy to do more!

I love yoga because it places me in a room full of sweaty, half naked women - just kidding!

I fell in love with yoga because it represents the whole package - balance, mobility, strength, focus, stress relief, and spirituality. I can’t think of any other activity or practice that does that for me.

I really love yoga because I feel so many changing after doing it. Before doing yoga, I was not a confidence person, and its affected my posture, my shoulder a little bit closed, and my backbone a little bit curving. But now, with practicing yoga, my shoulder is open and my backbone more straighten and I’m ready to show the world, this is Me! confidently…

For me Yoga is the ultimate gift of God. LIke all the gifts of God it is very pure & has the power to change lives.
