I have decided to skip yoga practice tomorrow because I feel a bit low on energy and I have a beginning throat infection. I am coughing a lot, and its painful. But I still feel like I should go, I have been on and off with yoga, and these last months I have practiced up to three times a week. I am scared that if I take a practice off tomorrow that my flow will be lost. At the same time I know that my coughing will be annoying for the rest of the students, and that I might make them sick, and myself sicker. Ugh, maybe if I just do a couple of poses that aren’t too hard on the body tomorrow.
