Tight Arms

Mostly everything I do with regards to yoga and physical training in general is centered around getting stronger. However this causes a lot of tightness that needs to be fixed.

I remain almost entirely clueless when it comes to loosening up the arms, and I’m currently paying the price for my ignorance.
I am using the term “arms” because my concern is everything from fingers to shoulders, although I have particular interest in the forearms and hands because they’re the areas I know the least about.

Chances are that more information will be required but I don’t know what. If anything is needed, please specify what you need to know.

The thing I was looking for but did not find in your post was a question mark.

What I need to know is what intention you are holding (reframed: what do you want), what is the nature of your current yoga practice, have you approached your teacher, what has her/his reply been? If you have not approached your teacher, why not? If you do not have a teacher, why not?

If you don’t have them already you need pranayama and meditation,preferably effective techniques,more of the tools beside just asana.

That’s assuming you’ve just got asana.

Stretching muscles can make them tighter.This is sometimes called the myotatic or stretch reflex.

Also bear in mind there is a lot of yogasana and movement exercises you can do that are not load-bearing and can be done lying,seated and so on.
