Mostly everything I do with regards to yoga and physical training in general is centered around getting stronger. However this causes a lot of tightness that needs to be fixed.
I remain almost entirely clueless when it comes to loosening up the arms, and I’m currently paying the price for my ignorance.
I am using the term “arms” because my concern is everything from fingers to shoulders, although I have particular interest in the forearms and hands because they’re the areas I know the least about.
