Tips for mindfulness?

Trying to be more mindful, I’m 23 been diagnosed adhesive as a child can be clumsy and absent minded

I do meditation and progressive muscle relaxation ATM

Also practice mindfulness when showering and eating

I notice computer makes me less mindful because I multitasking so much, listen to music, play game, talk to friend at sane time so mind is not centered
