I suffer from a number of medical conditions and have been doing yoga to improve my health. I have sleep apnea and associated Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
Sometimes my muscles start to tremble during postures. I was wondering if this was something to be concerned about - e.g. could the trembling be causing the muscles to shorten?
Secondly, is yoga contra-indicated in Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, with which I have recently been diagnosed?
