True Nourishment

Proper nourishment consists of good company, spiritual literature, and selfless service to others. Through a regular diet of these nutritious foods, the body of wisdom [the fourth kosha] becomes more active and can fend off periods of unwholesome contact through dispassionate nonattachment.
