Type 3 AC Seperation, Yoga and What to Expect and Do?

Greetings!
I had to get off my motorcycle last weekend in what is called a high side departure. I landed on my right side and now have a type 3 AC separation in my right shoulder. My clavicle is still attached to my muscles, but the tendons are cut. Many people choose to not reattach the tendons through surgery and that is the path I’m taking.
I’ve been doing yoga at the gym and home since February. It has proven to be essential for my well being in coping with two uncooperative disks (tried to do something I shouldn’t have tried) in my lower back and my general well being on both a physical and mental level.
I’ve been told to keep my right arm in a sling for the next two weeks.
What can I do now to retain what I have gained since February? I have a few ideas but would love some words of advice.
What should I expect in the future? Am I going to be limited in many ways?
I will not stop my yoga practice or riding motorcycles!
Thank you so much for reading this and any comments or suggestions that you can give me.
Enjoy your life!
Jay
