I'm a very new beginner and am looking to see which type of yoga I should practice and how often per week. Also, should I blend this with strength training?
I was sick for six years, almost died twice. I'm grateful to still be here. But because of the illness I am greatly out of shape. I used to be a runner and backpacker. Now I'm obese, depressed, and have an eating disorder.
I want to do yoga for fitness, flexibility, stress/anxiety relief, and self-love.
I would love your advice. Please be kind.
