Anuloma Viloma Pranayama is also known as Alternate Nostril Breathing, it helps to balance the nervous system.

Kapalbhati Pranayama also known as Skull Shining Breath, it helps to detoxify the lungs and brain, increasing mental focus and clarity.

Bhramari Pranayama is also known as Humming Bee Breath, it helps to calm the mind, reducing anger, frustration and anxiety.

Ujjayi Pranayama is also known as Victorious Breath or Ocean Breath, it helps to calm the mind, reduce stress and anxiety.

Sheetali Pranayama is also known as Cooling Breath or Extended Exhalation Breathing, it helps to cool down the body in hot environments or after exercise.
