Upaya Podcast on Depression: The Vortex of Rumination

I want to again share Upaya’s fantastic free offerings of their dharma podcasts. This one was given by Grove Burnett on October 20, 2010 and it on the four dimensions of depression entitled, Depression: The Vortex of Rumination.

Maybe we can share some thoughts and discussion together here after having a listen?

Hi Nichole,

In England Mindfulness-based therapies is already being prescribed by our National Health Service (NHS), especially to help people avoid repeated bouts of depression.

Also, in the volunteering that I do with people suffering from Mental Health Illness, we ourselves have been given Mindfulness training.

We on the right track…or at least I think so

Ahh, you are all too quick for me! I haven’t had a chance to get through it myself yet. I am hoping to this week, but please keep the discussion going for all those who are interested
