Upper body tension

i have seen many yoga poses for the lower body i’m just wondering if there is any upper body poses for tension any one

Tension is often dealt with by working reciprocal inhibitors. What this means is that when two muscles share a load (like your hamstrings and quadriceps) one set will release ONLY after the other set is contracted. I’m over simplifying, of course.

So it is not so much a matter of “uh” pose for this or that. It is more a matter of the actions in poses. This having been said…
