Vajrasan is the only asana that can be done after meals. Can someone please confirm that when should it be done( how much time after a meal) and for what duration(no of minutes). I came across a video which stated that it should be done five minutes early morning as well for good digestion. Please confirm if true.
Also, does it really strengthen all the leg muscles?
Hello, yes, it is true, after meal sit in Vajrasan 10-15 minutes. Listen to this and more on Vajrasana from paramhans Maheshwarananda here

Thanks Inner Athelete and Chitrapuri. Sorry for the delayed response but this did not show up in my email.
Yes, Innerathelete, that is the pose.Kindly let me know what I asked earlier. If one does it for 15 mins after one meal(any meal), is that good enough?
If Vajrasana works for your digestion Hiren, after your meals, and in 15 minutes, then “yes, for you” is the answer. There is no one answer for all human beings, all postures, in all situations, with all diets and all constitutions.
That having been said, I personally find Eka Pada Supta Virasana to be more effective for digestion (when it is not functioning well enough on its own) and typically accompany that with clockwise rubbing of the abdomen - tracing the ascending, transverse, then descending colon.
Thanks Inner Athelete. I came across a video which said that it is also better done five minutes in the morning. So I have started doing Pranayam in the morning after the asanas (10 minutes on Vajrasan) before doing meditation in the lotus pose. If there is anything fundamentally wrong here, kindly point it out.
Thanks again.
