Vayus

I’ve been practicing the vayu meditation you taught us in Boulder at the last SYT training, and have some questions - Is this format correct:

Inhale - focus on prana and samana (equally and within their own spaces)

Exhale - focus on udana for most of exhale, and then shift to apana towards end.

Exhale hold - focus on vyana

Are there any other tips with this practice?

Inhale adhya prana ? going down and in

Pause ? Samana prana spiraling outward

Exhale ? Udana then Apana - moving up in chest then down in pelvis

Pause ? Vyana ? spreading body subtler larger

Focus is on feeling movement in each area. I think it is fine to do nadi shodhana if you can feel the prana while doing it. That is key for me. Not technique but connection to feelings of prana. Namaste
