I understand the ?B? especially ?B12? since this is mostly found in meats but curiously what is your rational for the others; ?C?, ?MSM? and ?Sam-e?, I know what they are and the claims but they should not have anything to do with vegan vs. non-vegan diets?
, they have nothing to with vegan the b12 is what I take for that
I added. The msm and c after reading something Lucas rockwood wrote
Sam e has a lot benefits I have been taking it for many years
Cheers
I am not strictly vegan but use a book that has proven very usefull - Becoming Veganby Vesanto Melina and Brenda Davis. It strongly urges supplementing calcium (with vit D and magnesium - my prerequisites, for better uptake and utilization). My housemate has been a strict vegan for more than thirty years and she swears by B12, I take an extra B12 in addition to a B100 complex.
Look forward!
