Veins

I posted a while back about some of the issues in my body and It seems as though I have nerve damage. The left side of my body is bigger (bone and muscle wise) than the right. I have had no injuries to cause this. There has always been somewhat of an imbalance but the older I get (im 19) the more noticable and dramatic it becomes. I now experience back pain on the left side of my body because the back muscles and leg are longer.

A while back I feel that I was hyperextending the side of my body with nerve damage (which has proven to be very easy to do) while doing leg stretches. since then the veins around my left hip and the vein running through the left side of my calf have become noticable, and stick out.

I have thick legs and am not a veiny type of person so I know somethings up. I do manual labor during the day and I get pain all through my right leg almost as if it lacks circulation(?) the pain is comparable to growing pains crossed with just regular old muscle fatigue. I am not healing at a normal rate so Im wondering…do i need to lay off the leg stretches completley? I havn’t done yoga in about 3 weeks or so and the problem is actually worse than when I was doing yoga yet it surfaced through yoga.

just looking for any advice I can get…thanks

PS a doctor is not an option at the moment but I plan on seeing one when I have the funds and transportation

Sorry to hear about that…even more sorry that I do not have experience with such an issues…I just know that all people are asymmetrical. Friend of mine has to but two pairs of same shoes since she has different feet…

Why do u think you have a nerve damage? Which one you think is impaired?

Anyways, I think that the vien protrusion might be the result of manual labor if you stand for a long time.

Pain through the entire leg might be sciatic nerve or may be not.

Rest always is the best cure for all. Maybe you can revise your schedule, your yoga practice and diet? Meditate…

I can just advise to do you own research online and share your thought and findings here. Maybe someone can give you a support and an insight on that is going on.

I think I have a genetic disorder, If I did anything to cause it it would have to have been bad posture…My posture isn’t that bad now days but when I was a kid I didnt care about how I sat also…I think Ive had this condition my whole life. When you have one side of your body bigger than the other it makes you want to kind of sit crooked or lean forward when standing up. The best thing I can do right now phisically speaking is where a heel in one of my shoes.

I am getting a bit worried because its becoming more noticable which means one side is growing and one side is not…I really would like to fix this some how…I know its possible through meditation and intent but I just have a hard time believing in myself. its kind of like jesus saying you can do what I do…and we get the concept but when it comes to actually ‘doing it’ we realize how much the collective thought and our individual thought holds us back.

I am open to any more advice…thanks for the reply
