I posted a while back about some of the issues in my body and It seems as though I have nerve damage. The left side of my body is bigger (bone and muscle wise) than the right. I have had no injuries to cause this. There has always been somewhat of an imbalance but the older I get (im 19) the more noticable and dramatic it becomes. I now experience back pain on the left side of my body because the back muscles and leg are longer.
A while back I feel that I was hyperextending the side of my body with nerve damage (which has proven to be very easy to do) while doing leg stretches. since then the veins around my left hip and the vein running through the left side of my calf have become noticable, and stick out.
I have thick legs and am not a veiny type of person so I know somethings up. I do manual labor during the day and I get pain all through my right leg almost as if it lacks circulation(?) the pain is comparable to growing pains crossed with just regular old muscle fatigue. I am not healing at a normal rate so Im wondering…do i need to lay off the leg stretches completley? I havn’t done yoga in about 3 weeks or so and the problem is actually worse than when I was doing yoga yet it surfaced through yoga.
just looking for any advice I can get…thanks
PS a doctor is not an option at the moment but I plan on seeing one when I have the funds and transportation
