Hi all
Today was my first day ever doing yoga. I followed a simple routine on my ondemand. I found it quite relaxing and I think I’m going to make it apart of my daily routine. Anyway I just have a few questions for you expert yoga doers out there number one isn’t really about nutrition. I’m just wondering how often you guys do yoga and if you do it more than once a day. Number two is, I’m thinking about going to my local health food store today and was wondering if anyone has any suggestions to what I should start with for a beginner and if anyone could recommend a cleanse because I was thinking of doing that. If anyone could just give me any advice or ideas on what they use. I’m starting this as a way to relieve my anxiety and also to get more in shape. So hopefully I’ve come to the right place.
