Water, yogurt & yoga

Hi all :slight_smile:

Today was my first day ever doing yoga. I followed a simple routine on my ondemand. I found it quite relaxing and I think I’m going to make it apart of my daily routine. Anyway I just have a few questions for you expert yoga doers out there :slight_smile: number one isn’t really about nutrition. I’m just wondering how often you guys do yoga and if you do it more than once a day. Number two is, I’m thinking about going to my local health food store today and was wondering if anyone has any suggestions to what I should start with for a beginner and if anyone could recommend a cleanse because I was thinking of doing that. If anyone could just give me any advice or ideas on what they use. I’m starting this as a way to relieve my anxiety and also to get more in shape. So hopefully I’ve come to the right place.
