The most embarrassing that ever happened to me was when I went to a yoga class at someones home and the yoga instructor told me to go change in another room.
The door had no lock on it and while I was totally nude half of the all lady yoga class walked in.

Burping and farting with twisting poses or relaxation poses. There seem to be a lot of people that just let loose, including me. It just happens, but you know the people that don’t do it make fun of you after class.
Terms like ‘doing’ yoga and names like ‘Power’ yoga or ‘Pets’ yoga or ‘baby’ yoga are funny enough.
Once before I started delivering a lecture on Patanjali’s Yoga Sutra, the lady who introduced me reminded the audience of her previous talk on cooking vegetarian food and assured them that Patanjali has himself given many recipes! It was such an embarrassment. I had to say, “don’t know about cooking, but yes, Patanjali has given a recipe for enlightenment.” whatever that meant!
I caught a glimpse of myself doing yoga in a mirror once. That was pretty funny and embarassing:)
