A great benefit of yoga (besides all the physiological stuff) is that it evolves you mentally towards a state of self-sufficiency. You realize through your practice of eight limbs that everything you need is always with you in the present moment and that’s that. You don’t need ANYTHING else to be truly happy and free - sweet, huh? :slight_smile:
