Pitfalls huh…well people tell me arrogance but that can’t be…arrogance is a flaw and I have none… the only other pitfall I can think are my rugged good looks and slight resemblance to Adonis… I just can’t get ANYTHING done because woman just WON’T leave me alone
Seriously… Anger and at times… laziness… I tell myself it is age but it is being lazy… and posting on web forums when I should be working out… got to go
My pitfalls:
Giving in too easily if my husband brings in candy or cheesecake when I’ve decided to eat healthier.
Eating when I’m not very hungry so the husband and son don’t feel like I’m not there with them at mealtime. (try it. don’t eat when with family, you feel almost like an outsider).
Thinking that others who like me want to hear everything I have to say and I don’t pick up on cues that tell me to shut up. 
Procrastination. oy!
