What drives your yoga practice?

Yoga has made me aware of what’s really important in life. It’s made me more thoughtful (on a variety of levels) and has opened me up to the beauty that is all around me every single day. Before yoga, I spent the majority of my life stressed out over unimoprtant things, unhappy, and never really [I]living[/I].

I finally feel completely alive. :slight_smile:

I like seeing how yoga affects my nervous system. Very quickly I see it gets me out of fight/flight response and moves me closer to a peaceful homeostasis. I feel like I’m getting into a compassionate space. The world may not always be compassionate:) but at least I can be.
