What is a good way to warm up your knees before yoga?

Hello,

Before Yoga I do these special warm ups that I learned in tai chi where I stand with my legs closed together and rotate my knees, but they seem to be doing more harm than good. I know that your knee warm up is supposed to make your knees feel better before you start working out, but for some reason they just make mine feel worse. I know that it is always a good rule of thumb to do dynamic stretches before working out, so does anyone know any good ones for your knees? Also does anyone know any good PT warm ups for knees as well?

The easy twist is a great stretch to warm up active muscles. This pose warms up your ankles, knees, and hips. In addition to this, the easy twist increases the flexibility of your spine and shoulders. With this stretch, you can become more flexible, which will allow you to do a wider range of yoga poses.

Thank you, I'll definitely try it out!

You are most welcome. I use to do the same before begining my Yoga Practice and it has worked as a charm.
