Exactly you say that .Who are you to not see him as a saint? He was a saint even do he was a warrior to.But my mission is not to be so easy. Find more info why I consider him a saint. And Im not a muslin neither I like the Coran or their religion.
Is all about what you consider as a saint maybe my idea of saint is diferent of your idea of saint. But your idea does not have to be right.Just to give you a clue Arjuna was one of the ideals of Yoga and Krishnna told him in the batle of kurushetra to go against hes own family and kill them all so I see how you aply what you know about Yoga.lol go and read the Bhagavad gita again.
.And aply what you learn .make sure you conect your brain before coming here to write on the forum.unless you are the supreme personality of god already.Arent you Krishna itself no?
lol
from what i can see there is a great deal of useful advice already, but while a donkey enjoy the grass so il throw in my two cents hopefully you can catch it and turn that two cents into a few million.
we on the same wavelength?
ultimately we want to get to a place that is free of judgment, a place of perfect clarity where we can see the world as it is. this is not easy. our ordinary mind is being pulled to and fro from so many different mental and emotional states that it is very hard to stabilize ourselves in that point where we can observe without any judgment.
so what we do is engage in ethical practices, like the ones mentioned above. as you know, you do good, you feel good, you do ill you feel ill.
your post is an example of such. now when we engage in these practices such as non harming or whatever your particular spiritual path dictates, it important to know that we engage in these not as an end unto themselves, but rather as a way to get our mind to a place that is more relaxed and at ease. It is a ladder. once you have climbed and reached a desired level of psychological stabilization they are no longer needed.
so you are not right or wrong. unless we assume that our little minds are the judges of the universe, you are the same as everyone else. but with every cause there is an effect. you see the effect that results from your actions, this does not make them bad or good, but they are as they appear.
so perhaps the better question is not whether it is right or wrong, but rather if you personally would like a second helping?
i hope that helped
good hunting
