The best time for yoga exercise is in the morning or the early evening. If we do yoga early in the morning we feel very active and fit.

For me, it’s in the morning. It awakes you and your muscles nicely and it’s also easier to do it with an empty stomach, which is ideal. You are not supposed to eat at least 3 hours before your yoga practice, so this is a bit hard to do in the evening, at least for me. It’s also great after work, in the late afternoon, because it helps release the tension, in order to get better sleep at night. There are no side effects anyway and whatever works better for your own body and spirit is recommended.
