Dawn/Sunrise is much more than the beginning of the day. The time is calm, stillness, clarity, and renewal. Practicing yoga at this crucial time provides natural energy and sets a powerful tone for how the rest of the day will be.

Thanks for your reply, I will try to do Yoga in the early morning.

Mornings are the best time for surya namaskar, stretching, core exercise, and complex aasanas. Evenings are good for breathing exercises and relaxing aasanas.

Its as simple as this...

If you want energy and focus, practice in the morning.
If you want relaxation and stress relief, practice in the evening.

the best time to do yoga depending on what you want to achieve:

Morning Practice (Sunrise/Dawn)

  • Best for: Building focus, boosting natural energy, stretching, core exercises, and complex asanas (like Surya Namaskar / Sun Salutations).
  • The Vibe: It leverages a calm, still, and clear environment to set a positive, purposeful tone for the rest of your day.

Evening Practice

  • Best for: Relaxation, stress relief, and unwinding after a long day.
  • The Vibe: Focuses heavily on breathing exercises (Pranayama) and restorative, relaxing asanas to help calm the nervous system.
