What is the order of aasans from 1st to last

Hi guys, I am new to Yoga… have been practising looking at some videos
can I know which is the 1st aasan one should start morning yoga with … or its all about doing the yoga by doing aasans in random order… I am looking for loosing some weight, thanks in advance

I believe the order of asana’s (and someone can correct me if I’m wrong) but one of the first things you should do is Sun Salutation. The first one should be slow and simple to gently warm up your body especially if you are doing this first thing in the morning. If you go full throttle your likely to injure yourself.

From there you can do Standing poses(warrior, Tree, Triangle…etc) then backbends(cobra, Half Locust, full locust, Bow), forward bends (Pashimotasana-head to knee), inversions(shoulderstand) and always end with a twist(Seated twist) to squeeze the toxins out of your body from doing all of the other poses.

You should also ALWAYS lie in corpse pose at the end for at LEAST 5 min. This is where your body heals and restores itself after your practice.
