What kidn of breaths are there?

what kind of breaths there are. i dont know which breaths give the brain the most oxygen and whihc breaths are best for running faster or which breaths are best for feeling like im flying.

these are some of the many things i want to learn on my billion year voyage to god.

google the “full yogic breath”

here i did it for you

http://www.sivananda.org/teachings/pranayama/breathin.html

to sum it up, breath through your nose, expand your belly when you inhale, bring it in when you exhale, breathing as low and deep into th ebototm of your lungs as possible.

the health benefits are astronomical…it decreases cell degeration (the cause of aging) it cleans out the debris that can be stored at th ebottom of the lungs, it massages the internal organs, it warms the air so that the lungs arent damaged, it strengthens the diaphram so you can breath better (whcih assists in cardio word so you dont get winded as easily…watch when tyson fights…he never breathes out his mouth even though hes flying all over the place) it also cleans the air (Thats what buggers are ! the filth that your nose filters out of the air before it enteres your body, which breathing through your mouth does not do)

also a great exerscsise i read out of mantak chias Chi self message book (iyengar also recomends this) is to take a bowl of water and stick your face in it, snort up the water up your nose and spit it out of your mouth (dont swallow this water! this water is filth!)

it hurts like sin at first but eventualyl becomes comfortable, this will also help you in breathing easier and promote a healthier immune system (some say youll never get a cold again if you snort a bowl a day)

Apart from the breathing most folks in society do there are several ways to breathe Yogically. This, basically is called Dirga Pranayama. But, how to do it right is very, very important. It can be learnt in steps. Do join my group pawan_yoga : Pawan Yoga and we can have more discussions there.
