You should to know i tried all advices your know and u dont know ,i struggled as i could ,its not easy as u imagine ,otherwise why im the same since when i was kid ?

sex is very important we dont neglect it , its give u shame if ur virgin alla ur live ,u have been created to pratcise sex , that relax and relese hormone of happiness ,im overmasturbator since puberty ,my deprression is the fruit of all condition which i showed above .

Firstly u need to accept this situation, take it easy, and search more knowledge on this .
sex is a human nature, but dont take it as so important or not important…
the most important is, u must make your whole soul, mind, body together, to be one.

If it’s any consolation whatsoever, you can attribute all of that to Karma and just blame the universe without resentment. lol

Seriously though, I am in [B]exactly[/B] the same position that you are. I live alone and I have absolutely [B]no[/B] friends. I am also flat broke and have bills coming out of my bum… I also find it hard to relate to the opposite gender and I spend most of my life online. Sound familiar?

Now, what we have to understand is that we [B]choose[/B] to be this way…as hard as it is for you to accept, when we get ourselves in a rut, it’s often because we put ourselves there.

Am I depressed? Not really, because I have passed the ‘depressed’ stage ages ago and I have now reached the complacent ‘I don’t give a damn’ stage. :lol:

I also realise that I am accomplishing nothing by sitting around not feeling sorry for myself, so I decided to come on here and try to get back into doing things to help myself overcome this.

Life’s too short as it is to end it prematurely or just waste it away. It’s also a beautiful gift from God we are wasting, isn’t it?

We need…[B]both of us[/B] need to go to a doctor/counselor to get this sorted before we can get into/back into doing yoga.

I just posted this to let you know that you are not alone, but I don’t let this bother me anymore because I know I have the means to change it.

ur stereotipical when i you said ang genralise that we choose this …censcored …way …u should to know we havnt the same personality the same skills, we dont live in the same culture , if u give me visa i F off from this village to see what chance could cross my way in other far place …

wherever i go here to change , i see the door colsed on my nose…im not affraid to try again , but im affraid to stay alla my life like that …if i go to other far place iand i fail, beilive me i would to accpt im not made to be happy at that moment …im losing my youth wake up man …

You are right, I am not a 35yr old Algerian male virgin, but I have the right to say I am in exactly the same position that you are.
I don’t even own a Visa card. I am on a meagre government pension but that all gets eaten up with rent and bills. Most weeks I live on packet noodles, bread and water. I also suffer with agoraphobia and sociophobia.

The main difference between you and I is that I make no excuses for living a miserable life. You seem to be full of them.
Until you stop wallowing in self pity and being rude to those who are offering you help, nobody will be able to help you (and ‘Nobody’ will).

I will just leave this thread now and hope that somebody from your own age and culture replies to this as you have made it quite clear that they are the only ones able to do so.

Compassion toward others is a good thing. Nobody was sharing her experience in order to help YOU. She was showing compassion toward you. I think we all believe in equality also, but you can still have compassion.

Kareng offered a way to help you and you haven’t responded to her kind offer. You posted asking for help. If you want help, we are here for you. If you want to make excuses why you are depressed and not take our advise, then there is no point for you to be here on the forum. The choice is yours. Take our offer of help or not.
