Hello, all. I'm a young sport enthusiast - I climb, do acrobatics and a little gymnastics am looking to maintain a high degree of flexibility (more than I already do). I don't do alot of yoga, although it's something I'm looking into. ANYWAY -
This is a pose I'm particularly interested in Anyway, can anyone tell me what it's called? (so I can look it up) and any poses etc that lead up to it?
