Oh, seekanswer… I feel for you! First of all, what types of things have you tried and not kept up with? Why did you stop doing them? Did you enjoy these things, or not so much? Even if you weren’t “good” at them. As far as jobs go, it’s natural and normal to change your mind many times. Maybe you havn’t found that job that keeps you connected… Or maybe you just like moving on to something else. Maybe you need constant stimulation, and there’s nothing wrong with that! I’ve suffered from depression and low self confidence my whole life, so I can cope and understand where you are coming from. I started to research and learn about my problems through reading, writing, and looking into myself for answers, rather than therapy and medication (tried those, wasn’t impressed) It takes time to understand who you are… And yoga has helped me to focus not on the “bad” aspects of myself, but the good. I would suggest to you to try a beginners class. Or a dvd. But the aura in a class is awesome… everyone there is trying to connect with themselves and it feels great. Don’t get discouraged because it takes time to learn how to breathe properly (that’s the most important aspect in yoga, i think) and to do poses. I am the most unflexible person I know, but I still love yoga even if I can’t do alot of the poses! In time, I think you will feel focused on this energy and feel confident after each session, and your mindset will start turning around to be positive! Good luck and let us know how you like yoga!
