What's the best yoga for me?

Yoga is a completely new concept to me and in researching the topic, I find that there are different types. To give you a little background, I am a very stressful person and it has recently begun to affect my work in the fact that I am missing a lot of work because of the stress. The first step I’ve taken is to look for a new job, but I also want some calm in my life and I thought yoga could be a good addition for me. Anyway, what I’m looking for is inner peace to combat anxiety and stress. What is the best type of yoga for me?

I would do just a basic hatha yoga class to start. The rest of the forms stem from hatha and it will give you a basic understanding. See if there is a Himalayan Institute in your area and if not try to avoid fitness center yoga. Try to find a true yoga studio.
