Wheatgrass juicers - the benefits of wheatgrass juice

I addition to juicing with the appropriate machine it is recommended that you grow your own wheatgrass so that you can be sure that you are drinking juice that has been made from wheatgrass that has been picked at the optimal time and juiced within a reasonable to ensure that you get a super drink from all the produce you juice.

We have been growing our own wheatgrass and after I harvest it once, it doesn’t grow back though…also gets quite moldy. Love the health benefits though…am I growing it wrong or is this how it works?

can we make wheatgrass juice in Portable Blenders or Hand Blenders?

I think a blender would give you ‘juice’ if you add water, because blenders don’t squeeze out the juices. So - I don’t see why not?! :slight_smile: You’d also get all the fiber in there too…

Chewing wheatgrass like gum is most effective, also most time consuming.

About wheatgrass in blender I remember reading somewhere that human stomach cannot break down and digest the grass itself… Not sure what that means or if you get “fiber” from this
