Hi,
I already did a 500h Ashtanga YTTC in Rishikesh, India recently and I learned a lot there. Anyway I would like to improve further and that?s why I would like to do an Ashtanga Adjustment training. It can be intensive or not the teacher should just be very good and the training should be affordable. The training can be in Asia and Europe but I guess the one?s in Asia have a better value for the money you pay.
