Which asanas do you practice?

I have read somewhere that there around more than 860 thousand total asanas. But there are like 20 of them that if one does one can get benefits of all the 860 thousand asanas.

Anybody has the list of those 20 asanas? Which ones do you practice and how often? What made you choose the asanas that you practice on the regular basis?

i always practice Surya Namaskara, the sequences which consists of, tadasana, namaskara, urdhva namaskara, uttanasana, jump to adho mukha svanasana, urdhva mukha svanasana, chaturanga, dandasana, pachimottanasana, padmasana, back to dandasana, pachimottanasana, jump back to adho mukha svanansana, jump to uttanasana, urdhva hastanasana, namaskar, tadasana, for 5-10 cycle.

my teacher said this teaches the body the awareness of flexibility and strength, but hey, it’s just me, i’m also a beginner student of Yoga.
