i am new to yoga.when i am doing shavasana i feel my body is not balanced. i feel tilted towards right side most of the time(left side of my body is at higher level than right) and sometime left.why does this happen?
Two possibilities one is you are so relaxed that youre perceiving imbalances that are not obvious with daily tensions. The other is that you are enterign the realm of prana and it is showing you energetic imbalances that are not physical.
