Hmm, not a bad idea. Are you going to do peer-review and check the references too?
I’ll do a surface level check. But all articles will also be threads here on the forum so the peer review comes from the members who can comment on the article. I would fear the members here much more than me 
My suggestion would be that article authors do their homework
