hi,
i got into yoga during the p90x program. i am about done with p90x and would like to continue working out with yoga routines 5 times a week. i realize p90x probably doesn’t have the best yoga program, but i do like the kind they are doing with has vinyasas and moves in and out of poses. after the moving portion in p90x there is a streching portion. my goal is to increase core strength, balance, and flexibility for golf. i have very poor hamstring and hip flexibility so that is my #1 goal.i do not live in an area where i can take yoga classes. what i would like are some recommendations for dvd’s i could purchase to follow along with. i am looking for routines that are about an hour long and have tips for those who are beginners, intermediate, and advanced so you can progress with the dvds.
so does anyone have any ideas for which yoga dvds would be good for golfing?
btw i do know about the yoga for golfers book and dvd, and i do own the book and i would rather go into something more pure yoga and see how that goes.
