I am doing gym work outs for the last 4 months… bcos i feel i am lean. and trying to gain some musscle…
at the same time i have lower back pain and right leg pain problem for the past few months… and started doing Yoga now…
Is it advicable to to do gym work outs and yoga…
I m going to gym 3 days a week…and the remaining days i do yoga…
I have seen in some articl…yoga and gym workout cant be compined…
should i stop…going gym.?
